Drawing the winning ticket was our Deputy Executive Director of the Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs Retired Marine Corps Maj. Gen. James S. “Hammer” Hartsell! I can't think of a more fitting gentleman to honor this group with an $800 firearm on 9/11.
