What a fantastic evening! On Saturday, October 28th, LifeChoices Family Medical celebrated a “night of hope” with over 450 in attendance. Executive Director, Ana Hidalgo Stooks shared: “This year we celebrated our 14th year anniversary as a ministry. We started in 2009 as a joint effort between four churches in Northern Hillsborough and Central Pasco counties: Our Lady of the Rosary in Land O’Lakes, St. Timothy in Lutz, St. Mark the Evangelist in New Tampa and St. Peter the Apostle in Trinity. The clinic started as a pregnancy resource center and now offers life-affirming healthcare for all families: prenatal care, primary care, pediatric care and we specialize in helping couples conceive who may be struggling.

Ms. Stooks and Dr. Steven White were keynotes at the gala sharing with the attendees: “The life-affirming healthcare clinic now has two family medicine physicians, Dr. Mariana Giron and Dr. Jonathan Keenan, and one women’s health nurse practitioner, Angela Bumpus, APRN. We have created a model of care that families appreciate, and this is evident by our growth. Families are traveling to us from 16 different FL counties, and many are driving over an hour to get here.

Since the beginning, we have fought a culture fixated on destroying life, families, and pro-life medical providers. This culture is working harder than ever to force medical practitioners to provide destructive services, including abortions and gender-altering procedures. It is now standard procedure for family medicine docs, ob/gyns, and even pediatricians, to provide birth control that alters God’s perfect plan for a woman’s body. Companies nationwide are coerced to cut paid-parental-leave benefits to prioritize and subsidize abortion over family. Satan is doing his best to destroy us by attacking the family.”

But despite this great battle, LifeChoices Family Medical refuses to provide these services. They have saved and accompanied countless babies and families in the battle of life.
