The Greater Zephyrhills Chamber and the Sarah Vande Berg Tennis & Wellness Center held a ribbon cutting and grand opening for The Well on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 6585 Simons Rd, Zephyrhills, FL 33541.

The Well is 34,000 square feet of multi-bedroom apartments that will house more than 90 students and families. The apartments are adjacent to the tennis facility and will be available for players and their families during training and tournaments. Pasco County leaders such as Commissioner Mike Moore, State Senator Danny Burgess, and Florida Rep. Randy Maggard attended the big event.
