Mollyana Ward has been an area resident since 2007. She and her late husband of 25 years, Rick Ward Sr. have raised their three sons in the Wesley Chapel area. Broker and Founder Mollyana Ward sought to develop a brokerage based off the love, passion, and knowledge of her community, Wesley Chapel, FL.
