PDF VersionThe 11th Dancing with The Local Stars 2019 was held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Spartan Manor, located at 6121 Massachusetts Avenue, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
It was a night to remember with Hors D’Oeuvres, Music, and Local Stars. Proceeds went to benefit the JSL Scholarship Program and JSL Supported Charities. Photos provided by J David Wright.
The Junior Service League of Greater New Port Richey is a women's organization with a rich history of giving back to the West Pasco community in which we live. We encourage and foster community service, volunteerism, fundraising and leadership while assisting our members to develop their skills in these areas. We also endeavor to maintain an understanding of the needs of our community. Our group meets once a month during the months of August through May; the third Thursday at varying local establishments. Our signature fundraisers include Dancing with the Local Stars (October) and Bags for Babes (March). The proceeds from these events support the annual JSL Scholarship program, PACE Center for Girls, HPH Hospice, Leadership Pasco, RAP House, Lighthouse for the Visually Impaired and Blind, Wheelchairs for Kids, Cinderella Project, Pasco Kids First, Marjorie’s Hope as well as providing grants for specific needs to assist with the improvement of the lives of the residents in the Greater New Port Richey area. We welcome new members and look forward to working alongside you to serve our local community!
