Women often juggle it all and rarely slow down to do things for themselves. In appreciation for all that women do AdventHealth Wesley Chapel held multi-generational women’s health and wellness-focused event. This is the seventh annual Women’s Health & Wellness Day by AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. Over 800 women attended and the event that included health and wellness presentations from area experts, healthy cooking demonstration and fun filled day of health and wellness information for women in every stage of their life. Activities include a women’s health panel, health and wellness presentations, and health screenings. Get pampered with mini-makeovers by Christian Dior and Lancôme, and mini facials. There was free health screenings, pampering and special giveaways. The event also included a continental breakfast and full lunch. “AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is committed to helping the community get, and stay, well. Programs like our Women’s Health & Wellness Day and our Healthy Happenings educational programs are just one way we do that. A special keynote presentation was made by Vicky Anzalone, Founder of Where Love Grows as she speaks on how you have the power to change your life. “We are excited to offer a day dedicated to women’s health,” said Erik Wangsness, CEO of AdventHealth Wesley Chapel.
