Pasco County celebrated the start of construction for the scenic Coastal Anclote Trail that will connect a planned extension of the Pinellas Trail to Anclote River Park, Anclote Gulf Park and Key Vista Nature Park. Commissioner Kathryn Starkey championed the project.
The Coastal Anclote Trail will be a 4.52-mile-long, 12-foot wide, paved pedestrian and bicycle trail that will connect a planned extension of the Pinellas Trail to the Anclote River Park, Anclote Gulf Park, and the Key Vista Nature Park. It is expected to be completed by Summer 2020.
