Publix Torch Campaign for Special Olympics in Florida

Publix hosted the Publix Torch Campaign for Special Olympics in Florida through January 2-13, 2019. Donations of $1, $3, $5 or $10 went to support Special Olympics Pasco. Each torch included coupons on P&G products.

You were able to make a quick donation at the register for as little as $1 (or more if you chose) and received $14 in exclusive coupon savings on many great brands and say hello to the Special Olympics Pasco athletes that were out and about too.

This money helps to continue to provide training, uniforms, awards, transportation and fees to attend State Games.

About Special Olympics Pasco:

Special Olympics Pasco County provides year-round sports training and competition to children and adults with intellectual disabilities, at no cost to the athlete. Be a fan!

Special Olympics Pasco County currently serves 1100 athletes and offers competition in 18 different team and individual sports. These athletes are trained by certified coaches and are supported and encouraged by more than 300 volunteers.

Special Olympics athletes are given opportunities to participate without regard to economic, demographic, religious, or social factors. Neither athletes nor their parents are charged a fee to participate in the program, and activities exist for those of all ability levels, from the highly functioning to the severely challenged.
