The events were to promote Parwick Kennels 12th Annual Spooky Tails Halloween Party and Costume Contest for Pasco County Law Enforcement Retired K-9’s. The K-9 Unit risks their lives daily without asking anything in return except playtime with their favorite tug toys and the loving care they are given by their partners. They serve and protect our deputies and our citizens with loyalty and humility.
