Oasis Pregnancy Care Centers 10th Annual Legacy of Life Celebration

Oasis Pregnancy Care Centers held their 10 annual Legacy of Life Celebration on October 11th at USF Embassy Suites. It was their best banquet yet with over 550 people in attendance. The evening was kicked off by the Honorary Chair, Dr. Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk and Comptroller. The emcee for the evening was Pastor Darin Anderson of Oakwood Church who recognized VIP's, Pastors and Oasis' Board of Directors and Staff. The Ward Team, Cornerstone Pros, Richard Corcoran - Speaker of the House, Christian Brothers Foundation and Authur Joel Ohman - Other Bodies were recognized as major sponsors. Pastor Ken Whitten of Idlewild Baptist said the invocation followed by a wonderful dinner. Videos were played from each of the three centers and Healing Grace with recognition of volunteers, services and accomplishments presented by Oasis Associate Director, April Beck. This was followed by a presentation from Peter Castellani, Founder and Executive Director who shared about the Pro-Abundant Life Movements that Future Vision of the Oasis ministry. The appeal and benediction was given by Pastor Elbert Nasworthy to close out the evening.
Castellani said that he was very pleased with the event and that they raised about 30% of their annual budget which was slightly more than they expected. He was very thankful to all the sponsors and everyone who made this such a successful evening.
