Air Force Technical Applications Center, AFTAC, traveled to Wesley Chapel to play against the Tamp Bay Firefighters, TBFF for a charity hockey game. Proceeds from this game went to support Camp Hopetake- a week long summer camp for children that have survived a burn injury, sponsored by Tampa General Hospital and Tampa Firefighters Local 754. Over $1500 was raised for the children of Camp Hopetake during this great game. AFTAC Hockey Club seeks to promote community involvement through participation in events with other public service teams and educational institutions.
