Weather Tite Windows hosted Kids Day at the Florida State Fairgrounds on Sunday for a day of indoor fun away from the Florida heat and had “design a cookie†for Weather Tite Mike and the Florida Cookie Factory. Thanks to PDQ, a meet and greet was set up with Nickelodeon stars, Jack Davis Griffo (LIttlejGriffo) and Keely Marshall from "The Thundermans". Star Wars characters from The 501st Legion The Florida Garrison and superheroes from Costumers With a Cause (CWC) were available for photos. With a photo booth provided by Pin Chasers and Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, there was no shortage of pictures being taken, and free bowling passes were raffled off. Hillsborough County Fire Rescue had a training on how to be a firefighter, while Cici’s Pizza provided pizza and awesome prizes. Pearl Vision Area provided free eye exams and Tampa Bay Realty and Investment Group LLC raffled off a playhouse. Busch Gardens got you up and close to some exotic animals they brought for the day, as well as many other business’s and activities available. Radio station jocks from WILD 94.1, Q105, 99.5 QYK, 92.5 MAXIMA FM and b98.7 FM were also at this wonderful event for the whole family.
