The West Pasco Chamber of Commerce held its General Membership Luncheon on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 11:30a.m. to 1:00p.m. at the Verizon Event Center, located at 8718 Trouble Creek Rd, New Port Richey. The Guest Speaker this month was: Brian Ellis, Disaster Recovery Coordinator.
The topic of the Presentation was: Getting your small business “up and running†again after disaster strikes: Business Continuity Planning.
The presentation took a look at the economic impact of a disaster on small businesses and discusses useful practices that organizations can implement to help prepare for a disaster event. An overview of business continuity planning and steps to recovery was also explored. Catered by Pit Boss Bar-B-Q and Pub.
