Women-n-Charge held its monthly meeting on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at their new location - Plantation Palms Golf Club, 23253 Plantation Palms Blvd, Land O’ Lakes, FL 34639.

The Guest Speaker for the month of May was: Christy Maldonado. She is the owner of Social Media Marketing by Christy Maldonado which was founded in 2015. Christy has an extensive background in small business, law, government, and corporate work. She has a BS in Finance and Marketing from St. John’s University, and her JD from Boston University School of Law. Christie spoke to Women-n-Charge about Facebook basics and give them marketing tools they can all implement in their businesses. At each meeting, the doors open at 11:15am for registration and networking, the lunch buffet is served at 11:45am, the meeting begins at 12pm sharp, followed by a presentation and 30 second commercials! We finish around 1:30pm.

We meet the first Friday of every month for lunch and time to network. We email two meeting reminders each month allowing members and guests to connect to our website to sign up and pay online. Or attendees may RSVP, then pay at the door.

We are pleased to present dynamic speakers from the community at about 8-9 meetings each year. That leaves other meetings for Turtle Networking and our annual Holiday Party in December.
