A-Game Celebration with Business Coach Lorraine Lane, at Copperstone
Celebration is the much forgotten step in the creative process. When a project or experience is completed, it can create a rush of emotions: exhilaration, sadness, a sense of accomplishment, and a desire for recognition.
The most important piece, though, is discovering what you learned and seeing that the seeds of future projects are firmly planted. Ideally this is what a project’s “post mortem†should be about, but quite often it dissolves into slaps on the back and self-congratulation.
The completion of the 10-week A-Game Program is a very important step, and it demands a celebration. Business Coach Lorraine Lane always schedules a celebration with the players in the A-Game Program upon completion, so the sense of accomplishment is not lost.
On Monday, June 15th, past participants in the program, and the current graduates, some of whom were local and others who joined via conference line from Iowa, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Fort Lauderdale, gathered at Copperstone Executive Suites in Land O’ Lakes for a fitting tribute to their wins, accomplishments, and all they learned.
