Pasco County Animal Services hosts a free adoption event in Land O' Lakes
Animal Services hosted a free adoption event with Santa Claus and the Grinch. The Pasco County Animal Services Adoption Center is over capacity, and is desperately trying to place homeless pets into loving homes. People came out to the shelter during the “Home for the Holidays†event, to get a picture with Santa Claus and the Grinch, and bring home a pet in need. The best Christmas present Pasco County can give these loving pets is a forever home. While Santa Claus and the Grinch left the adoption center at 4:00 p.m., the shelter remained open for pet adoptions until 6:30 p.m. All adoption fees were waived, however donations were accepted. The Pasco County Animal Services Division is dedicated to promoting and protecting the health, safety, and welfare of animals and people. The Pasco County Animal Services Adoption Center is located at 19640 Dogpatch Lane, Land O’ Lakes, FL, and is open from 12:00 p.m.to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
