The Appeals Court (3 Judges) ruled that the Al Hernandez for Pasco County School campaign has satisfied the residency requirement for the Nov 8th election

Today, the Appeals Court (3 different judges) ruled that the Al Hernandez for Pasco County School campaign has satisfied the residency requirement for the November 8th election. “This means we are rightfully (and permanently) on the ballot for this Tuesday and the voters of Pasco County now have a choice when it comes to representation on the school board” said Al Hernandez late Friday night after the decision.

In a statement late Friday night after the decision Hernandez said: “Our campaign will continue to be out in the community earning the votes of the undecided. I would like to thank you all for your continued support. This setback is now behind us, we are looking forward to a successful Election Day and cannot wait to represent you on the Pasco County School Board. I want to thank God for granting me the opportunity to serve our community and our children.”
