The Rotary Club of Land O' Lakes held its weekly meeting on Friday, September 9, 2022, from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. at Copperstone Executive Suites, 3632 Land O' Lakes Blvd., Land O' Lakes, FL 34639.

The featured speaker this week was Gary Gilchrist of Honor Flight West Central Florida. Gary explained to everyone all the wonderful things Honor Flight does.

Honor Flight® of West Central Florida, Inc. (“Honor Flight”) was established as a regional hub of the Honor Flight Network in October 2010. Our mission is to recognize American Veterans for their sacrifice and service by flying them FREE OF CHARGE to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at the memorials dedicated in their honor. Top priority is given to WWII and terminally ill Veterans. Honor Flight is committed to fly Veterans from the Korea, Vietnam, Gulf wars and other conflicts.
