The Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer Law Firm partnered with Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce for a fun and festive Ribbon Cutting Celebration! The large number of community supporters, friends and family enjoyed delicious food from Red Mule Pub, outstanding beverages from Thirst Responders, delectable treats from Weeki Wachee Candy Company, and cool tunes from Big Daddy DJ Services. Very symbolic of the firms resolve to continually give back to the community, OneBlood’s Big Red Bus was on hand receiving much needed and appreciated donations of blood.

Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer Law Firm is a Tampa Bay Injury Law Firm. What is now the Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer Law Firm was founded in February 2000. Since its inception, the Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer Law Firm has grown considerably due to the basic principles of hard work and dedication to our clients’ needs. At Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer, our attorneys are dedicated to aggressively representing their clients against powerful insurance companies. The firm litigates a substantial portion of its cases and often handles the litigation work for other attorneys. Founding partner and attorney Jeff Lucas assists in the coordination of the intakes of new clients, pre-suit personal injury cases, and pre-suit settlement negotiations. He also handles the administrative aspects of the firm.

Martin Macyszyn was born in Poland and moved with his family to the United States at a young age. He began his undergraduate education in Deland, Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stetson University, Florida’s first private university. At the conclusion of his undergraduate work, Martin moved to Boston, Massachusetts to pursue a Masters degree in Public Health. During his studies in Boston, Martin focused on the medical-legal aspects of public health, thus earning a concentration in Health Law.

Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer has four (4) locations serving Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus County clients. An office in Spring Hill, Hernando County, was opened in 2010 and is also fully staffed to serve our Hernando and other adjacent northern counties. Our fourth staffed office opened in Wesley Chapel in February 2016. Our most recent office is located in Inverness and is staffed to serve our Citrus County.

Our main office in New Port Richey, Pasco County, consists of two buildings adjacent to each other located at 8606 Government Drive, roughly 150 feet from the south wall of the West Pasco Judicial Center. We are very easy to find. Just look for the green and brick buildings with the Statute of Liberty in front.

In 2010, we opened our Spring Hill Office, this office is also fully staffed to serve Hernando and other adjacent northern counties. In February 2016, we expanded into Eastern Pasco County with our fourth staffed office in Wesley Chapel. In January 2021 we opened our Citrus County office in Inverness right on State Road 44.

Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer is dedicated to not only serving the needs of our clients but also giving back to the community in which our attorneys and staff reside. The firm has been involved in numerous community events held in the Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough and Hernando County area. Jeff Lucas is on the Board of Dayspring Academy, a highly-regarded Charter School. Chris Dyer is heavily involved in Kiwanis International, and George Angeliadis has been consistently involved in many community foundations and non-profit organizations.
