Centennial Bank meets the Public in Pasco County at Plantation Pines
With staff held over from Heritage Bank, Centennial Bank had a chance to meet their new neighbors in Pasco County and Northern Hillsborough at Plantation Palms a discuss their plans for the future. Here is a recent story from the Bizjournal: Centennial Bank isn’t a renter any more. The bank purchased the three former Heritage Bank of Florida offices it had been leasing from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. after Heritage failed on Nov. 2.
Centennial paid $3.1 million for bank premises and equipment, a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said. Centennial acquired about $219.5 million in deposits and $186.4 million in assets of Heritage, plus a cash settlement to balance the transaction, the filing said. Read more from bizjournal
