Personal Fitness and Lifestyle Training
Ashley Poptodorova is a vibrant, enthusiastic beautifully sculptured woman. You would never know that Ashley herself once weighed over 200 pounds when she met Alex who taught her how to eat, exercise and live a better life.

Danielle Grama and Edwina Mary get personalized attention from Ashley and Manager Jon Cimino on a recent visit to the small but personal and well stocked studio. Kristin Barbieri was giving instruction in the afternoon Fitness Camp which was basically set up in mini stations.  A relaxed and comfortable atmosphere made the workouts seem enjoyable.

Alex & Ashley soon formed AAP Fitness and are now helping hundreds of clients feel their best. Each client that comes to AAP is thoroughly assessed and recommended a training program that specifically fits the client and their needs. No client is rushed through 30 minute workouts which do not focus on form, rather they are overseen and attended to each minute of the session being infused with education throughout the session.
Ashley even sets up “Shopping trip” dates for any interested clients can go shopping with her to learn the proper way to read labels and ingredients as well as to get ideas on recipes and any specific questions or concerns. AAP, now in their 5th year, have continued time and time again to earn the trust of the New Tampa and surrounding communities. Quick Gym Land O’Lakes / Lutz

Launches Unique 4-Minute Workout
1906 Oak Grove Blvd

Quick Gym ROM has come to Florida. The Quick Gym ROM held a Grand opening January 8 at 1906 Oak Grove Blvd Lutz, Land O'Lakes,  The Quick Gym ROM provides a cardio, strength training and flexibility workout in 4-minutes. Most people are skeptical until they try our free 3 day trial. The Quick Gym ROM is designed to give you a 4-minute workout for the upper-body and a 4-minute workout for the lower-body on alternating days.  Each 4-minute work-out session focuses on about 55 percent of the body’s muscle groups so that over a 2-session workout, you work out 110% of the body’s muscle groups.  You control the Quick Gym ROM workout by adjusting the settings to reflect the users’ fitness level, desired physical condition, and health concerns. The ROM provides real-time activity level feedback and times the 4-minute workout.  Equals Same Cardio Benefits as 30 Minutes of Aerobics, Weight Training and Stretching. The human body can be divided into 3 major muscle groups: 1. Upper Body (Chest, Upper Back, Arms, Shoulders). 2. Middle Body (Abdominals, Lower Back).  3. Lower Body (Buttocks, Legs)

The Quick Gym ROM takes the guess work out of exercising the muscle groups.  So regardless of how you divide up the muscle groups, to work them out properly you need to work out the all of the muscle groups and the sets of muscles that comprise them on an individual basis. You don’t have to know that your chest muscles are referred to by their Latin name: pectorals or “pecs”.  Men are usually proud of their bulging biceps or “guns” but the muscles at the back of the arm actually make up about 2/3 of the upper arm mass.  To get great legs and “tight tush” the ROM works your Quads, Hamstrings, Lower Back, and the Buttocks.

“The work out is an intense four minutes of physical activity and the secret in the workout is using more of the body’s muscles all at once, through a full range of motion, while increasing the oxygen transfer and assimilation to maximize the cardio benefits.”  “Our clients will be individuals who want a predictable and low impact exercise routine.” We will work with physicians, physical therapists, and other health care givers.” Adam Smith, owner of Quick Gym Land O’ Lakes.

Escapes fitness Goals for 2008
Click >>> Here

Ryan Pryor, Operations Director of Escapades Fitness Spa, located at 27724 Cashford Circle at Seven Oaks Professional Park, in Wesley Chapel gives instructions to Tiffany Styck a secretary at Suncoast Concrete Masonry from Dade City. …Tiffany Styck of Dade City is 22yrs old and came to Escapades because she wanted to tone and shape her body for the summer. Looking for a club that would show her how to exercise to get results without all the expense of a personal trainer, the Escapades program was perfect because with her membership she receives one on one coaching with a metabolism retrainer bi-weekly. She mentioned that she gets bored easily, so now she has the opportunity with her trainer to modify her fitness prescription on a regular basis for her continued growth and success. She is shown doing a BOXFIT program with master trainer Ryan Pryor/NASM CPT3, which is a fabulous workout  for toning and sculpting the body.

…Diane Plate, shown running in the Long Run at the Ranch 5k started with Escapades in January of 2007 with our Outdoor  Group Exercise  Program. She wanted to increase her over all strength and lifestyle for health. When she first started she could maybe do 1-2 pushups. She can now do over 35 no knees proper push ups.  She has taken a greater interest in running and she has incorporated regular movement within her lifestyle and is reaping the benefits of increased energy, maintaining her goal weight and just feeling better about life and herself in general.

Sharon Wild, with master trainer Ryan Pryor following her race at the Long Run at the Ranch 5k race, started one year ago as well in the Escapades Outdoor Group Exercise program. She had a lot of weight she wanted to lose and got tired just walking around the basketball courts a few times and would have to slow down or stop at times, however 12 months later she in over 60 lbs lighter and ran her first 5k at the Lowery Zoo Run back in September, however she had to walk the last mile. She recently turned 50 and this was her first race in this age category and what a race – she not only ran the entire race but came 1st in her age group.

As Americans set their New Years resolutions and get focused on new challenges, experiences and opportunities. They enjoy fabulous health together and stay vital and active throughout life. The Doctors at LifeSource, Dr Jonathan and Dr Erica Berns (top) and their efficient and caring staff, located at 1722 Bruce B Downs in the Shoppes at New Tampa at the intersection of Bruce B Downs and SR 56,  achieve excellent results in their state of the art office while retaining a warm and friendly feel. Most insurance is accepted including Medicare. Call (813) 929 -3700 or stop by anytime to schedule a free consultation to see why Chiropractic is a great fit for you and your family. “I appreciate how the Doctors get to the root of the problem instead of covering it up” says Kelly Register. “That is our goal” says Dr. Erica Berns, “we look to discover the source of the pain (like lower back issues) to keeping your family healthy and drug free for years to come”.
