Escapes fitness Goals for 2008 Ryan Pryor, Operations Director of Escapades Fitness Spa, located at 27724 Cashford Circle at Seven Oaks Professional Park, in Wesley Chapel gives instructions to Tiffany Styck a secretary at Suncoast Concrete Masonry from Dade City. …Tiffany Styck of Dade City is 22yrs old and came to Escapades because she wanted to tone and shape her body for the summer. Looking for a club that would show her how to exercise to get results without all the expense of a personal trainer, the Escapades program was perfect because with her membership she receives one on one coaching with a metabolism retrainer bi-weekly. She mentioned that she gets bored easily, so now she has the opportunity with her trainer to modify her fitness prescription on a regular basis for her continued growth and success. She is shown doing a BOXFIT program with master trainer Ryan Pryor/NASM CPT3, which is a fabulous workout for toning and sculpting the body. …Diane Plate, shown running in the Long Run at the Ranch 5k started with Escapades in January of 2007 with our Outdoor Group Exercise Program. She wanted to increase her over all strength and lifestyle for health. When she first started she could maybe do 1-2 pushups. She can now do over 35 no knees proper push ups. She has taken a greater interest in running and she has incorporated regular movement within her lifestyle and is reaping the benefits of increased energy, maintaining her goal weight and just feeling better about life and herself in general. Sharon Wild, with master trainer Ryan Pryor following her race at the Long Run at the Ranch 5k race, started one year ago as well in the Escapades Outdoor Group Exercise program. She had a lot of weight she wanted to lose and got tired just walking around the basketball courts a few times and would have to slow down or stop at times, however 12 months later she in over 60 lbs lighter and ran her first 5k at the Lowery Zoo Run back in September, however she had to walk the last mile. She recently turned 50 and this was her first race in this age category and what a race – she not only ran the entire race but came 1st in her age group.
