The Wesley Chapel Lions Club held a Community Pancake Breakfast at Atonement Lutheran Church on 54 across from Saddlebrook. All proceeds from the breakfast go to help people in the community who are in need. The Lions Club is the World’s Largest Service Organization. Whenever a Lions club gets together, problems get smaller and communities get better.

The Wesley Chapel Lions Club conducted a Diabetes Testing event at Wesley Chapel NISSAN. Over the course of one weekend, volunteers from the Wesley Chapel Lions Club tested 44 people and only had to give 2 referrals to see doctors. It was a great turn out and if you own or work for a company please contact the Wesley Chapel Lions Club and so they can come to your place, FREE of charge and do Diabetes screenings. Give a healthy start back to your community.

Saturday morning on February 1st the Wesley Chapel Lions Club were having a diabetes screen training session for our members at the The Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce office. The Club had 8 people signed up and had room for up to 15.
