Joanne Hurley Pasco School Board District 2 spoke to the Wesley Chapel Republican Club and was welcomed by Club President Mike Moore. Hurley, formerly a teacher, health educator and preschool administrator, helped draft the county's land use plan and was one of the leaders of the 2004 successful campaign that built new schools, improved intersections, bought public safety equipment and preserved environmentally sensitive land.
