Spelling Bee of the Wesley Chapel Rotary

Saturday, Mar 24, 2012 | On Target Page: Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Rotary Club's Activities
What a smashing success! The room was definitely BUZZING with excitement and laughs! Congratulations to Christian Business Connection's team - Tom's Angels - for 1st Place with the word (correct me if I'm wrong) "dachshund". WAY TO GO! And congrats to A Focus on Fitness or should I say Diana Ross and the Supreme Spellers for winning MOST SPIRITED, IERNA's Heating & Cooling for winning BEST DRESSED as the Hot Word Nerds, and WC Chapel Rotary Men In Black for Best Rotary Team! Every one made the night's event such a SUCCESS! Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel was also a Proud Sponsor! You can only imagine what the encore will be next year...There's a couple more thank you's that cannot go unsaid...
They can't extend their appreciation enough to all their sponsors. Thank's to St. Leo University, Tampa Bay Times, Scene On Glass, News & Talk 99.9 FM WXJB, The Gathering Church, Ierna's Heating and Cooling, Gator Cleaning Solutions, Wiregrass Ranch Foundation, A Focus on Fitness, Smart Health Inc, Bay Insurors, New Tampa Chiropractic, a Dash of Salt and Pepper who brought desserts! Thank you to all the businesses who also donated fabulous door prizes! A special thank you to Ierna's Heating and Cooling, News & Talk 99.9 FM WXJB, and Gator Cleaning Solutions for their generous raffle donations that helped raise a lot of money for Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel. All the proceeds of the event will help their club continue their service projects in the community such as feeding the retired Veterans at the Baldomerro Lopez Veterans Home in April, their Turkey Gobble that feeds over 500 homeless and needy individuals on Thanksgiving Day, and international service projects like their previous trip to Honduras to install latrines and water purifiers in the homes of families in small villages!
