NewHomePrograms.com and Founders Cory and Milly Kammerdiener launch this branch office in the Tampa Bay area. Their first Florida office is located in the Highland Oaks Village Shopping Plaza at 23612 State Road 54, Lutz, Florida. Cory established NewHomePrograms.com as a web site portal of information for the first time home buyer in 2005. After 4 years of successfully educating and assisting home buyers with government housing grant programs and credit counseling, NewHomePrograms.com stepped out in faith and became a full service Real Estate Corporation in Houston, Texas in February 2010. New Home Programs successfully sold and closed 97 homes totaling more than $12 Million in sales during their first year of operations in Houston, TX with only 6 full time sales agents.
