More than 600 business and community leaders attended the trade show. Seven awards were distributed at the event. Nominees were scored based on: company growth, leadership in current business issues, and corporate citizenship.

Academy at the Lakes is celebrating their 25^th Anniversary on October 6, 2017. Parents are invited to join us for this Academy tradition with a 25th Anniversary twist! Founders’ Day is our day to celebrate Academy at the Lakes – its past, its present, and its future. At our assembly, we tell the story of significant milestones in school history and we recognize the contributions of all faculty and staff who have dedicated at least 10 years of service to our school. Special recognition is also given to those who have served the school for 20+ years. This is a dress uniform day for Lower and Middle Divisions and a business attire day for Upper Division.
