PDF VersionOn October 1, 2016, Gill Dawg presented a special event called “Brews & Wine on the Bayou.†This event was sponsored by Great Bay Distributors and benefits Youth & Family Alternatives. The event took place from 2pm to 6pm at Gill Dawg. At Brews & Wine on the Bayou, over 30+ craft beers and 30+ wines were available for tasting.
There were also a delicious variety of appetizers available with tickets, including:
- Burger and BBQ Pork sliders
- Roasted Red Pepper Hummus w/pita
- Gill Dawg’s Special Recipe Mango Salsa and Tri-colored Chips
- Asian Chicken Bites
- Calamari with house-made Fireball Sauce
- Shrimp on the Barbie with a spicy chipotle lime dipping sauce
- Caprese Salad with balsamic glaze
- Chicken Caesar Salad
