The 6th Annual, 2016 Stuff The Bus For Teachers school supply drive was back this summer with the United Way of Pasco County along with Wal-Mart, and other community partners who helped Pasco teachers stock up for the coming school year. Buses were at 6 Walmart locations across Pasco County where shoppers could buy supplies and stuff the buses. They also had volunteers for the sorting event at Ridgewood HS in New Port Richey on Monday, August 3rd. The supplies were collected, boxes filled and sent for distribution. Teachers who signed up for a box received them on their loading docks. 1,000 teachers in Pasco will be getting a head start on their classrooms this year! Shoppers were encouraged to stop by a participating Walmart store in Pasco County.
