The Wesley Chapel Republican Club held their monthly meeting with Guest Speaker: Florida State Senator Wilton Simpson, on Thursday, April 14, 2016, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. The State Senator Wilton Simpson presented an update on the latest events in the Florida Legislature.

Elected to the State Senate in 2012, Wilton Simpson has served as Chairman of the Senate Community Affairs Committee. Most recently Senator Simpson authored Senate Bill #436, Anti Terrorist Threat And Public Servant Protection Act. A community leader, successful business man and leading Legislator make Senator Simpson one of Pasco County's most influential leaders. Senator Simpson has represented the residents of District 18 since his election in 2012 and continues to lead in Community Affairs, Environmental Preservation and Transportation.
