Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Standard Pacific Homes - The Estancia Club in Wesley Chapel

A large crowd of locals, including Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce ambassadors, Pasco County elected officials and members of Standard Pacific filled the Estancia Club amenity center for the ceremony, during which food and coffee were served, followed by a short presentation from Standard Pacific’s Tampa division president Dave Bulloch. A ribbon cutting and grand opening was held for the new Estancia Club, located in Estancia at Wiregrass, 4000 Estancia Blvd., Wesley Chapel, on Feb. 11.
Dedicated to the residents of Estancia at Wiregrass, the newly completed amenity center features a private club room, a state-of-the-art fitness center and an aquatic center that includes a resort-style pool, a tower water slide and a lap pool.
