Sergeant Ross started with the Pasco Sheriff's Office in 2006 as a Forensic Technician. He obtained his Law Enforcement Certification through Withlacoochee Technical Institute and became a Patrol Deputy in 2008. In 2010, he was promoted to Detective in the Economic Crimes Unit. He worked several complex investigations and was the agency's counterfeit currency investigator. As a member of the United States Secret Service

Financial Investigative Strike Team (FIST) taskforce, he worked several high-profile counterfeit and tax fraud investigations. In 2012, he was promoted to Sergeant. He supervised a patrol squad, the Economic Crimes Unit, and is currently assigned to supervise the Major Crimes Squad in District I. Sergeant Ross has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of South Florida. The Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce promotes businesses and our community.
