Koehler Macklus from J.W. Mitchell High School competed against two other rival High Schools from Pasco County on Thursday night at Rasmussen College during their 1st annual High School Challenge. The Junior beat out the other two Senior opponents during the Final Challenge & took home a $500 school donation along with a $100 Visa gift card. Koehler quickly came back from a 2,400 point deficient in the last round surprising not only his competitors, but the viewing audience as well. In addition, Koehler was also the only player who correctly answered the final challenge question. Rasmussen College hopes to kick off their 2nd annual High School Challenge next Spring by bringing back the returning champion to defeat his title. Congratulations to Koehler & J.W.
