From: Pasco County Sheriff's Office

01.28.2014 Pasco Sheriff's Office (Missing Persons)

The Pasco Sheriff's Office is seeking information from the public regarding three missing persons out of Pasco County. It involves a mother and her two children.

The order of the family in the attached photo is Jennifer Bruce, (28) Brett Bruce, (5) Dillon Bruce, (7) and Garrett Bruce.

Between 1/10/14 @ 1600 hours and 1/12/14 @ 1345 hours, Jennifer Bruce ended all contact with her close friends and family. While attempting to make contact with her, it was found that Jennifer, her 2 sons, Brett and Dillon Bruce, and her husband, Garrett Bruce, were nowhere to be found despite their only vehicle being located at the residence.

Jennifer took her children out of school (Long Leaf Elementary) on January 10, 2014.

An initial inspection of the interior of the home (4201 La Pasida, New Port Richey) showed no signs of foul play or evidence that the family had gathered their belongings for a planned relocation.

Prior to this incident, Garret Bruce was facing criminal charges in Pinellas County for DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide. Garrett was out on bond for these charges and was being supervised by the bondsman via an ankle bracelet which he removed. Garrett failed to respond to a bond hearing on 1/27/14.

If contact is made with any members of this family, contact law enforcement with jurisdiction in the area for a welfare check.

Doug Tobin, PIO, Pasco Sheriff's Office
