The Pasco Clerk & Comptroller’s Office of Paula S. O’ Neil will facilitate its 10th annual group Valentine’s Day wedding ceremony Feb. 14, at the Pasco County Historic Courthouse in Dade City. Couples that want to tie the knot can exchange vows in a group setting. Judge Kemba Lewis will officiate. Couples can register for the ceremony when applying for a marriage license no later than Feb. 9. A certified marriage certificate will be mailed to couples the day after the ceremony, accompanied by the official certificate of marriage.
