The public is invited to stop by the street outside West Pasco Government Center where the Lighthouse for the Visually Impaired and Blind staff, clients, and volunteers will be raising awareness about pedestrian safety and the white cane law. Visually impaired staff and clients will take blindfolded members of the public across the street to simulate the experience of vision impairment.
