Mess Fest at MOSI

The Museum of Science and Industry, 4801 E. Fowler Ave., Tampa, hosting "Mess Fest:A is for Art" on Jan. 31 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests can launch paint-filled water balloons at a canvas with a giant slingshot; create spin art by peddling on a bicycle, and learn how to paint and mix colors to make splatter art with rubber bands.
