The Festival of Flight Wesley Chapel 2014 will be Sept. 19-21 at the Tampa North Flight Center, 4241 Birdsong Blvd., in Lutz. There will be a sunrise launch at 7 a.m., each day, and a balloon night glow from 7:30 p.m to dusk Sept. 19 The event will include live music, food, airplanes, kites, delta trikes, and balloon rides for purchase.
