Wesley Chapel Dentistry donates mouth guards to Wesley Chapel HS Football Players

Dr Zack Kalarickal, of Wesley Chapel Center for Family and Cosmetic Dentistry (on left) talks to Wesley Chapel High School Senior football player Kyle Rutkowski before he was fitted for his free custom mouth guard. Dr. Zack has generously donated the custom made guards to any of the Varsity and Junior Varsity football players at Wesley Chapel High School who call his office to get fitted for one. The custom made guards do a much better job at protecting the head and jaw against injury, as they are twice as thick and custom made to the patient. Players who would like one of the guards (which are normally priced at about $350) need to call 813-991-5100 and schedule an appointment for an impression. For more information about Dr. Zack visit his website at www.WesleyChapelDentistry.com.

His oldest son is five and has severe food allergies like peanuts, tree nuts, soy to name a few and he has to carry an Epipen everywhere that he goes. His condition could be life threatening. He is a major reason that my company decided to support this charity” said Rivera.

Wesley Chapel Coastal Cleanup

Boy Scout troop 148 and hundreds of Wesley Chapel volunteers participated in the nationwide Coastal Clean up Day on Saturday, September 20. Scouting groups, families, civic groups and youth clubs were out and about helping in the effort. Site captains Michelle Barbour and Deb Hamilton handed out trash bags and instructions. Wesley Chapel groups collected a half-ton of trash last year and countywide 1,250 volunteers collected 15.25 tons of trash. Even though Wesley Chapel is not close to the coast, litter and debris finds its way into the waterways, degrading the environment and killing wildlife. The long term benefit is to help keep pollutants out of our water supply. Groups or individuals in other parts of the county may contact Pasco County Recycling Coordinator Jennifer Seney at (727) 847-8041 for locations of clean ups in other parts of the county.

By Faith Jordan-Masella

Wesley Chapel Dentistry celebrated five years of service to Wesley Chapel - Island Style by treating patients to a Caribbean Night Celebration at the Seven Oaks clubhouse on June 1.

The steel drum played island melodies that set the mood as they entered the Seven Oaks clubhouse. Each guest was greeted with colorful Hawaiian flowers and a warm smile from Dr. Zacharias J. Kalarickal, DDS and his team.

May 2008 marked the five-year anniversary for Wesley Chapel Center for Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. “This event was a celebration of our patients and their continued support. It was our way of saying thank you to our patients, family, and friends for helping Wesley Chapel Dentistry grow during this half decade,” Dr. Kalarickal commented.

Guests sampled tastes of the islands created by the Jerk Hut Island Grill & Mojito Bar then played games including the Limbo. It was a close contest as guests competed for a $25 gift card to Olive Garden, with Christine Scott, of Sports + Field coming out victorious.

It was a memorable evening with is-land sights, sounds, and flavors coordinated by Full Circle Marketing Solutions and moments captured by Anne Goggans Photography. He has practiced since 1995 and is a graduate of the University of South Florida. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from Case Western Reserve University.
