Danny Ficetola 6930 (from left) and Mitch Mitchell cooked filet mignon for the golfers on the grill borrowed from the Land O’ Lakes Moose Lodge for the Golf Tournament to benefit Lake Padgett Estates East resident Trinity Kupies who is battling the brain disorder Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinoses (NCLS). Also pictured is volunteer Charlie Viteritti. 7152 Joe Patrick of Ryland Homes (on left), and Mac Shirmohammad-of ARC Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Co. (on right), were the two who organized the Golf Tournament to benefit local resident Trinity Kupies on June 24 at Plantation Palms Golf Club. They presented a check for $7,000 to Karl Kupies (front center)-grandfather of Trinity. About 100 golfers participated and capped off the day with a steak dinner and silent auction at the Lake Padgett Estates East Clubhouse. Five-year-old Trinity is battling the brain disorder Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinoses (NCLS). Lots of volunteers were responsible for the successful fundraiser that grossed $11,000. Schedule of Events: Wednesday-Bingo 7:30pm Come join us - it's inexpensive and fun. $5.50 (includes 6 cards for $3.50 and 4 special sheets for $2.00). Extra cards: $ .25 each. Extra special sheets: $ .50 each. 16 games are played and we're finished between 9:30-10:00pm. Bring a friend and meet new friends. Free coffee. Clubhouse Hours: 9am-10pm Lounge Hours: *Specials below* Mon. - Thurs. - 4pm - 11pm Fri. 4pm - 2am Sat. 12pm - 2am Sun. 1pm - 10pm ID and Guest Passes: You must have a valid ID with you to use the facilities. All members must pay $3 per day for each guest on Saturday and Sunday. Nils, Danny, and Jimmy you really outdid yourself-and all the rest of the volunteers!
