Avalon Park Group announced today that they have partnered with Nye Commercial Advisors, to lease 23,720 SF of commercial/retail space in the 73,067 mixed-use Building, “DT1,” in Downtown Avalon Park Wesley Chapel. DT1 is the first of three buildings planned for the first phase of the downtown section of the master planned community.
